Home health care is part-time skilled care delivered at home, such as nursing and therapy, based on a plan of care set with your physician. It helps people recover or manage a health condition safely where they are most comfortable.
Our Medicare-certified care team provides skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social work and home health aide services. We also help arrange additional services, including medical equipment, homemaker help, home-delivered meals, dietitian services, house-call physicians, psychiatric and behavioral health care, and podiatry.
Original Medicare may cover home health services from a Medicare-certified agency when eligibility requirements are met, including a physician's plan of care, a need for skilled care, and homebound status. Some services we help arrange, such as homemaker help or meals, may not be covered by Medicare. We can explain your options.
