Position: Occupational Therapist Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that promote patients’ ability to perform daily activities.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using EMR systems.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay ranging from $50.00 to $70.00 per visit, based on experience and qualifications.

Experience:

• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a home health setting.
• New graduates with a strong commitment to home health are welcome to apply!

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification (classroom-based).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Recent physical exam and TB test.
• Familiarity with Therapy Boss and Kinnser EMR systems is an advantage but not required.
