By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from Home Heal Healthcare, LLC (“Home Heal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Home Heal Healthcare, LLC.
Information, including phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process, will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes.

If you have provided consent, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment scheduling and visit reminders

  • Care coordination and follow-up communication

  • Insurance, billing, and authorization updates

  • Patient education and wellness information

For example, you may receive up to 5 messages per week related to scheduling, visit reminders, or care coordination.


4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan.
These rates may vary for domestic and international messages. Home Heal Healthcare does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages.


5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Home Heal Healthcare in the following ways:

  • By submitting your phone number through an online intake or contact form

  • By providing verbal or written consent during patient registration or intake

  • By requesting SMS communication directly from Home Heal Healthcare staff


6. Opt-Out Method

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.
You may also contact us directly at 630-566-5304 or care@homehealhealthcare.com to be removed from the messaging list.
After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Home Heal Healthcare.
