Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Follow personalized care plans under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $15.00 to $20.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Experience:

• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a home health setting or similar.
• New aides with a strong commitment to patient care are welcome to apply!

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification (classroom-based).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Recent physical exam and TB test.

Job Types:

• PRN (as needed)
• Contract
