Ideal for patients with:

Recent hospital or SNF discharge with an active wound or incision

Pressure injuries (Stage 1–4), deep tissue injury, or suspected skin breakdown

Surgical wounds (post-op incisions, dehiscence risk, delayed healing)

Venous leg ulcers and/or significant lower extremity edema

Diabetic foot wounds or high-risk diabetic skin/foot concerns

Complex skin conditions needing skilled monitoring (fragile skin, frequent tears, recurrent wounds)

Care services require physician referral and must meet Medicare home health eligibility guidelines.
